1. How do you view your role with your clients?
I am both an advisor and a teammate. As an advisor, I provide business expertise that is adaptable to my client's overall portfolio, market conditions, and personal situation. As a teammate, I share a genuine vested interest in my client's goals, and I make sure we achieve them together.
2. What is a fun fact that people might not know about you?
When I was in college I discovered a new pattern in Pascal's Triangle and made a scholarly publication of my mathematical discovery in the AMATYC Review.
3. Do you have a work mantra?
Treat others fairly, work hard, be humble, and as coach Bill campbell often said, "build trust and Loyalty with the people you work with."
4. What motivates you in work?
I am lucky to have grown up with very hard working parents with extremely high standards. I am forever inspired by their devotion. They taught me that there is no substitute for hard work.
5. If you could meet anyone famous, who would it be?
I would love to play catch with Joe Montana!

7. Why did you get into real estate?
My husband and I had family members who passed away and their properties needed to be sold. Over the course of 5 years there were 3 properties that we had to sell.
For the first property, we hired the most popular realtor and were profoundly disappointed with his lack of work ethic and inability to listen to our needs.
For the second property, we hired a different realtor, who was also very popular, but we were disappointed in her detached churn and burn approach. we felT handled.
The third realtor we hired HAD a team which had a high volume of sales, but they were very careless. they made several mistakes, and passed off accountability to other members of the team. I felt they were too busy for me, that they always need to be somewhere else.
A realtor's work isn't easy, but I always felt I could do better.
These experiences helped me develop a sense of empathy and humility I bring to every interaction I have with my clients. When I work with buyers and sellers, I am fully vested, I don't put a time limit on the process, and I treat each client as if they are my only client, putting them first at all times.
